Delivery Rate
The cost of delivery will be communicated later, depending on the size and weight of the order and the delivery location. We will inform you of the exact price after order confirmation. For orders exceeding 4000 lei, delivery is free of charge. If the delivery is to areas that are difficult to reach or remote, there may be additional costs, which you will be informed of before shipment.
Payment Policy
We accept payment by credit/debit card and bank transfer. Your order will be processed immediately after payment confirmation. We ensure that your financial data is protected by certified security partners. If payment is not finalized, your order will be automatically canceled. We reserve the right to request additional information for payment verification.
Returns and liability
Special order products are not eligible for return. Other products may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided they are in original, unused condition. Return costs will be borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or non-conforming. Further details are available in the Terms and Conditions section.
